摘要
目的将现有的半结构化的中医方剂文献数据和分科医案数据转化为规范化、结构化、有序化、面向领域问题求解的"知识",使其能够更好地服务于医疗实践,为医疗诊治提供标准术语支持、配伍参考、风险(相恶)提示、配伍剂量等决策支持。方法经过反复的摸索最终形成了七个步骤的知识建模流程。①选择构建知识的范围,用来缩小领域知识容量,方便领域专家一次集中解决一类问题。②定义知识模板,知识模板的构思来源于发明问题解决理论的冲突模板,用来规范领域专家和工程设计人员的信息交互。③数据整理。④治法术语组成元素的语义分析。⑤获取概念,扩展前人的研究,系统地抽取种子概念。⑥抽象本体关系。⑦设计语义模型,最终形成三元本体规则模式。结果和结论通过对中医领域知识建模的有益探索,对中医数字化和知识工程研究有积极的促进作用。
Objective The goal of the paper is to transform the existing semi-structured TCM formulae literature data and branch medical records data into standardized,structured,orderly,solving knowledge for field-oriented problem to enable them to serve for medical practice better.It also provides decision support for medical treatment,including standard terminology,compatibility reference,risk(antagonistic)tips,compatibility dosage.Methods After repeated exploration,seven steps of knowledge modeling process were eventually formed.① A range of building knowledge is selected to narrow the knowledge of field capacity to facilitate domain experts to concentrate on solving problems of the same category.② Define the knowledge template.Knowledge template idea comes from conflict template of inventive problem solving theory,which is used to standardize the information exchange of experts in the field and engineering designer.③ Sorting data;④ Semantic analysis of components of treatment terminology.⑤ Acquire concepts and extend the previous studies of predecessors.The seed concept is extracted in a systematic way.⑥ Generate abstract ontology relations.⑦ Design semantic model,and form a model of ternary body rules ultimately.Resuts and Conclusions The paper has a positive role in promoting TCM digitization and knowledge engineering by useful exploration of ontological knowledge modeling in the field of Traditional Chinese medicine.
