教无常法引导为先 避重就轻框架为主——浅析中医学基础课程引导式框架教学法

摘要 针对中医学基础课程教学过程中存在的问题,通过逐步摸索和不断改进,形成了一套较为有效的教学理念即教无常法引导为先,避重就轻框架为主的教学方法即引导式框架教学法,认为中医学基础课程的教学须跳出传统及现代教学模式的约束,从重视教向主动引导学生学转变,并创建了前中后三阶交互氏引导法;在教学内容上从强调重点、知识点向形成理论框架转变。经统计,学生对这一教学法的效果评价依次为:提高自学能力(92.4%),提高学习兴趣(85.2%),自我感觉掌握知识程度(74.0%),增进师生沟通(63.5%),提高表达能力(52.9%),91.8%的学生希望在今后的教学中继续应用这一教学法。 In view of the existing teaching problems in the basic courses of TCM, we formed a set of more effective teaching idea through gradual experiments and continuous improvement. The teaching idea is teaching guide for the first law of impermanence, evasive based on framework and teaching method of guide - framework. We think that teaching in basic courses of TCM must jump out of the constraint of the traditional and modem teaching mode, The transformation of teaching mode should be from a focus on teaching students to guiding students to learn to take in the initiative. On the basement, we created a three-order interaction guidance method. The transformation of teaching content is from emphasizing on focus and knowledge to forming the theoretical framework. By the statistics, evaluation of students in the teaching method as follows: improve the self-learning ability (92. 4%), improve the interest of lcarning (85. 2 %), self knowledge level (74 %), enhance communication between teachers and students (63. 5 % ) and improve the ability of expression (52. 9%). 91.8% of students hope to continue using the teaching method in the future teaching.
