中医综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎32例

Therapeutic Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine on 32 cases with Ulcerative Colitis

目的观察中医综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将64例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例,对照组给予口服美沙拉嗪每次1g,每日4次。治疗组在对照组的基础上配合中药内服加灌肠、穴位敷贴治疗。治疗1月后评价临床症状、大便常规、肠镜下黏膜变化与不良反应情况。结果症状、体征、大便常规及肠粘膜改善方面治疗组优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中医综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎获得了较好临床疗效,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy of TCM on ulcerative colitis. Methods 64 patiems with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 32 cases in each group, the control group were given oral beauty salad diazoxide lg each time, 4 times a day. The treatment group is treated with heat clearing and dampness, spleen and removing blood stasis method combined with enema, acupoint application therapy on the basis of the control group. After 1 month, clinical symptoms and signs,stool routine,in- testinal mucosal changes and adverse reaction were evaluated. Results The symptoms,signs, stool routine test and intestinal mucosal amelioration of the treatment group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusionn The combined therapy of TCM on ulcerative colitis has procured a good clinical efficacy, and has higher clinical application value.
