糖肝康对糖尿病肝损伤模型大鼠肝脏PCNA表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察以健脾益气调肝解毒活血为治法组方的中药糖肝康对糖尿病慢性肝损伤模型大鼠肝脏中PCNA免疫组化表达的影响。方法用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素联合硫代乙酰胺方法复制糖尿病慢性肝损伤大鼠模型,药物干预12周后,观察糖肝康对糖尿病慢性肝损伤大鼠肝脏中PCNA表达的影响。结果糖肝康可降低糖尿病慢性肝损伤模型大鼠的肝脏中PCNA表达水平。结论糖肝康可通过影响PCNA表达水平,在改善糖尿病肝损伤方面发挥积极作用,值得进一步深入研究。 Objective Observe the effect on the immunohistochemical expression of PCNA of Tanggankang which was based mainly on invigorating the spleen and kidney, detoxification and vigoration of blood circulation on liver of diabetes - induced liver injury rat model. Methods Rat model were made with STZ and thioacetamide. After 12 weeks of drug intervention, rats were killed, the livers were removed, and the immunohistochemical expressions of PCNA were observed. Results Taoggankang could effectively reduce the expression of PCNA in liver. Conclusion Tanggankang can delay the liver injury via reduce the expression of PCNA, and deserves further research.
