现当代社会发展的盛况,衍生出责任成为一种需要。这种需要在与外部的关联中证明其正当性;与此同时,责任的"漂流性"相随而现,并对前者的正当性提出了质疑。因其复杂性与重要性的特征,科技工作者的责任被置入到思考的中心。面对现实的诸多困境与诱惑,科技工作者对责任要求的承担难以经受考验。而产生问题的根源则是责任能力的隐蔽。责任能力要求转向内在自我的思考,切近道德关切。因而,通过道德关切,获得责任能力,以此能力和力量,面向质疑,在与外部的关联中担当责任要求,是身处困境、诱惑的科技工作者如何承担责任的现实路向。

The development derived responsibility to be a need at the modern and contemporary age.The need to prove its legitimacy in associated with external; Meanwhile,the responsibility of 'drifting' go hand in hand,and to question the legitimacy of the former.Because of its complexity and importance of characteristic,the responsibility of the scientific and technical workers that bear the brunt of the center of thinking being put into.Face the reality of many difficulties and profitable temptations,scientific and technical workers commitment to responsibility requirements are difficult to be tested.And the root cause of the problem is concealment of responsibility ability.Responsibility ability to shift inner self,proximate moral concerns.Therefore,by moral concern,obtain responsibility ability,power and strength to face questioning,assume responsibility requirements in the associated with the outside,is the reality of the way forward how to take responsibility for scientific and technical workers that in trouble and the temptation.
