摘要
采用热模拟变形和光学显微镜研究了热压缩变形对 2 6 18合金中Al9FeNi相形态和尺寸的影响 .在Gleebe 15 0 0热模拟机上 ,对 2 6 18合金在温度为 40 0~ 470℃ ,应变速率为 0 .0 1~ 1s-1,变形程度为 2 0 %~ 6 0 %的条件下 ,进行高温压缩变形热模拟实验 .结果表明 ,在不同条件下的高温变形均可使针状共晶Al9FeNi相碎化 ,而对初晶Al9FeNi相 ,只有在较大变形量下才能碎化 ;在热变形温度为 40 0℃ ,应变速率为 1s-1,变形量为 6 0 %的热模拟实验条件下 ,不仅共晶Al9FeNi相得到明显破碎 。
The effect of hot compressive deformation on the morphology and size of Al_9FeNi phase in 2618 alloy was investigated by hot physical simulation deformation and optical microscopy. The compressive deformation was performed on the Gleebe-1500 hot simulator with the deformation temperature being 400 ℃ to 470 ℃, strain rate 0.01 s -1 to 1 s -1 and deformation degree 20% to 60%.The results show that eutectic Al_9FeNi phase can be fractured under different deforming conditions, but the primary Al_9FeNi phase is only partly deformed greatly. Under the condition of 400 ℃, 1 s -1 and 60%, not only the eutectic Al_9FeNi phase can be fractured apparently but also the primary Al_9FeNi phase can be fractured to some extent. The analysis of the production sample shows that primary Al_9FeNi phase has been crashed under the condition of large deformation in several working procedures.
