摘要
本试验采用乙醇回流法提取丹参中酮类提取物,以隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果表明,丹参酮类提取物最佳提取工艺为加6倍于药材量的70%乙醇,提取1次,提取时间0.5 h。
To optimiz the best extraction parameters of tanshinones from Radix Salvia by L9 （34） orthogonal test, ethanol reflux method for extraction tanshinones was used and cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅱ A were taken as indexes. The optimum extraction condition showed as follows：adding 6 times volumes of 70% ethanol, extracting one time and extracting time was 0.5 hours.
