摘要
针对普光气田大湾404-2H水平井射孔施工中高压、高产、高含H2S,产层射孔跨度大的技术难点,应用抗硫无缝钢管射孔枪、射孔枪的内定向技术、双向多延时级起爆、补偿式传爆接头、抗震管柱设计等一系列适合高含硫水平井的射孔工具,设计了相应工艺技术措施,一次下井成功地完成了该井的射孔施工任务,取得了较好的工艺效果和地质效果。
According to Technical difficulties using horizontal well perforating operation in Dawan404-2H horizontal well of Puguang gas field,a series of perforation tools suiting for high sulfur horizontal well are applied,which are anti-sulfur seamless steel pipe gun,the directional gun technology,two-way multi-level detonation delay,compensation booster joint,seismic string design. And the appropriate technical measures are designed. The perforating operation is successful completed once-time,and good results and geological processes effect are achieved.
