全井口密封性能检验装置应用研究

Application and Study of Seal Performance Testing Device for Full Wellhead

针对在油气层打开的情况下,现场井控装备拆装后,对全封闸板和采油(气)树及油管头、套管头之间的试压,研究形成了对高压、高含硫等有毒有害气体井在打开油气层之后的三种试压工具,即油管内堵塞工具、管挂堵塞工具、套管堵塞工具。通过现场试验,保证了井控安全的绝无一失。

In the case of the open reservoir,according to test work between whole sealing rams and oil &Gas tree,tubing head and casing head after dismantling of the pressure control equipment,three kinds of pressure test tools,which are clogged tool in the tube,hanging tools of the pipe,tube blockage tools for case,is developed for a high-pressure high-sulfur and other toxic gases and gas wells after opening.In case of open oil layer,the tubing plug tool solves the pressure test between the connection of oil & gas tree and tubing head stone when string in the well. And without disassembling the Christmas tree after the pressure test,it can be pulled up directly from the main path of Christmas tree( effect of pipe hanging blockage tool is basically the same as the tubing blockage tools tool). The casing clogged tool solves the pressure test to tubing Stone,Stone and mining casing case in case of oil and gas tree needed to be replaced after fracturing when oil and gas layers are opened. From the start of well control safety and field test,the safety of well control is ensured,which achieves a good economic and social benefits.
