摘要 大港油田海洋压裂安全预警技术为海上压裂安全施工而研制。通过在压裂现场设计与安装各种监测装置,收集实况信息,如风力大小、海浪高度、压裂数据、拖船摇摆角度和压裂软管震动幅度以及视频等,经数字化处理,转化成卫星信号实时发送至油田基地,实现了基地与现场互动,形成不同的安全预警级别,以提供充足的处理与调整风险的时间。2012~2013年通过在5口井8井次现场应用,全部获得成功,达到了各项设计技术指标,无安全事故发生,由原来的单一安全人防形成目前的人防与技防,实现了双重安全把关。 Safety Warning technology of Marine fracturing in Dagang Oilfield is developed for offshore operation. By designing and installing various monitoring devices at fracturing site to gather live information such as wind speed,wave height,fracturing data,tugs swing angle and fracturing hose vibration amplitude,videos etc. by digitized process,it is converted into satellite signals to send oil base at real time to achieve interact from base to the site,forming a different security alert level to provide sufficient time to deal with the risk-adjusted. Between 2012 to 2013,by field applications in five wells of eight well times,all of that are successful,reaching the designspecifications,no accidents,formed a anti-air defense and technology currently from a single safe air defense,achieving a double safety checks.
