摘要
从目前中国大学教育改革的导向——培养创新型人才角度出发,根据高校图书馆的主要职能,阐述了其在学校培养创新型人才过程中的地位与作用,并就当前高校图书馆应如何加强环境建设、资源整合和服务创新更好地为培养创新型人才服务进行了探讨与研究.
From the current orientation of Chinese university education reform - cultivating innovative talents per- spective, according to the university library＇s main functions, this paper described its status and role in the process of innovative talents cultivation. On the current university library how to strengthen environ- mental construction, resource integration and service innovation better for cultivating innovative talents are discussed.
