摘要
介绍了当前海洋稀有放线菌分离中对样品常用的预处理和富集技术、培养基及抑制剂的选择方法以及高通量/原位富集培养技术,指出了海洋稀有放线菌选择性分离方法的重点改进方向,以进一步促进海洋难培养微生物资源的开发和利用.
During last two decades, marine rare actinomycetes has become research focus for natural products development due to their significant biodiversity and particular secondary metabolites. However, the further research has been largely limited by hardship in obtaining pure culture with traditional methods. This review summarizes the pretreatments and enrichments of the samples and the selection of medium and antimicrobial agents. The high-throughput and in-situ culturing techniques are also introduced.
