摘要
利用29个培养基配方,进行了猴头菌液体摇瓶发酵试验,考察了发酵菌粉的多糖含量和菌粉干重。结果表明:以菌粉多糖含量不低于5%,菌粉干重得率不低于15g/L,优选出23号培养基配方。
The suitable medium for intracellular polysaccharide content and dry cell weight by liquid fermentation cultivation was chosen among 29 cultural mediums. When the levels of intracellular polysaccharide content (more than 5%) and dry cell weight (more than 15g/L) were achieved, only the number 23 was chosen as suitable cul-tivation medium.
