氯氰菊酯降解菌DCP016的分离鉴定及其降解条件优化 被引量:2

摘要 采用底物定向诱导和梯度驯化的方法从农药厂活性污泥中分离到一株氯氰菊酯降解菌DCP016。通过生理生化及16S rDNA分析,将菌株DCP016鉴定为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。建立响应曲面模型,得到氯氰菊酯降解的优化条件为:氯氰菊酯浓度30.58mg/L、培养温度31.80℃、培养基初始pH 6.29。在此优化条件下,蜡样芽孢杆菌DCP016对氯氰菊酯平均降解率为83.47%。 Strain DCP016 with high ability to degrade cypermethrin was isolated from activated sludge by using the methods of substrate-directed induction and gradient domestication. The strain was identified as Bacillus cereus based on the results from its physiological-biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic similarity of 16S rDNA gene sequences. The optimum conditions of cypermethrin degradation were determined by established response surface model which were as follows: cypermethrin concentration in medium was 30.58 mg/L, incubation temperature were 31.80℃, and initial pH was 6.29. The degradation rate of cypermethrin under the optimized conditions by Bacillus cereus DCP016 was 83.47%.
