摘要
本文通过对锁紧盘试验台三维模型的有限元分析计算,验证所设计锁紧盘试验台能否满足强度要求。通过计算得出锁紧盘力臂存在可优化空间,在此基础上通过对力臂相关参数进行了优化,将力臂厚度和力臂上圆孔直径作为设计变量,约束条件为满足安全系数条件下的力臂最大应力,目标函数为力臂重量最轻,优化设计之后重量得到减轻,节约了生产成本。
Making the finite element analysis on the 3D model of the locking disc test rig. Verify the design locking disc test rigcan meet the strength requirements. Through calculating the locking disc test rig arm have the optimization space, making optimize design to arm's related parameters. The arm's hole diameter and thickness as the design variables, constraint conditions is the safety coefficient under the maximum stress. The objective function is the rain- mum weight of the arm. Optimized design make the arm's weight reduce , save the cost of production.
