高重频激光强度分布测量系统的设计

摘要 设计了一套利用成像法结合长脉冲能量计测量高重频激光强度时空分布的测量系统,给出了测量原理,简要叙述了系统的总体结构,重点介绍了系统模型设计、高精度靶面定位技术、电控机械/光学快门、大口径分束与缩束光学组件、长脉冲kJ能量计的设计与实现、多类信号采集与同步控制技术研究等,给出了激光强度时空分布测量实验结果。结果表明:测量系统兼具成像法测量分辨力高和量热法功率测量准确的优点,可应用于高重频激光强度时空分布的测量。 A beam profile measurement system based on diffuse reflection imaging and long pulse energy probe is proposed for high repetition rate laser beam diagnosis. Principles of the measurement system are described in detail. And the system' s structure is described with emphasis on the model design of the whole system, the positioning technology of the high accuracy target board, the tech- nology of multi-channel data acquisition and synchro-control, the large diameter beam splitting and compressing components, the design of electric control shutter, and the study of long pulse kJ level energy probe. Uncertainties of the system are discussed and analyzed. Experimental results are pres- ented, demonstrating the high resolution and high accuracy characteristics of this measurement sys-
