摘要
大学英语课程作为我国大学阶段的公共基础课程,长期以来由于受到多种因素的影响,一直难以做到尊重每个学生的个体差异和个性发展。随着现代信息技术的发展,基于Web技术的自适应学习系统,为大学英语教学提供了一种全新的教学模式,更为学生的个性化学习提供了一个良好的平台。该文首先从概念与理论出发对探究问题作理论上的界定,然后在理论界定的基础上概括出学习者的五种学习风格要素,并以此为依据设计量表进行关于大学英语学习者学习风格的实证研究,并根据调查数据提出针对性的建议。该项研究对构建适合大学英语学习者的学习者模型,设计开发自适应学习系统以及实现我国大学生英语的个性化自主学习具有非常重要的意义。
As one of the common basic courses at university stage, college English has been affected by various factors for a long time. Therefore it is hard for it to respect individual differences and personality development in this course. With the development of modem information technology, the adaptive learning system which is based on the Web technique not only provides a kind of brand new teaching mode for the teaching of college English, but offers a good platform for students' personalized learning as well. This paper begins from defining concepts that relate to question inquiring. Then based on the theory definition, it outlines five kinds of elements of learners' learning styles and designs the scale for learners' learaing styles in college English studying. In the last part of this paper, the author carries out empirical research, puts forward advice for improving students' personalized learning. This research has important significance to structure learner models which suit for learners in college English studying, to design and develop the adaptive learning systems and to realize university students' personalized English studying in our country.
