台湾社会工作实践与督导培养探析

Social Work Development and of Supervisor Cultivation in Taiwan

从实践方面看,台湾目前对社工督导人才培养的具体实施,主要以民间专业团体(行业协会)研拟规划为主,官方体系中只是大致对于督导的学历、社会工作资历和督导对象数量有一定的限定。督导的培养方式通常分为组织内与组织外两种模式。组织内部通常有"顺水推舟""刻意培养"与"强制晋升"等几种方式;组织外分为专业协会与外部督导两大类型,通常由高校教师与资深实务者担任。专业协会有一些培训课程,形式上多以数天或数月为主。随着社工督导需求量日益加大和人才流动难以避免,一边培养督导,一边以同侪督导作为有效补充,对于督导人才的孵化会有一定的帮助。

From the practical point of view,the current cultivation of Taiwan Residents social work supervisors is mainly conducted by non-governmental professionals(or trade associations),with the authority only restricting the rough education background,qualification and number of social work supervisors.The cultivation usually takes two forms,namely in and outside the organizations.The former is characterized by opportunity exploitation,purposeful cultivation and mandatory promotion,while the latter is carried out by either professional associations or external supervisors,carried out by teachers in high learning institutions or senior practitioners.The professional associations often give some courses,which last from several days to even months.With the increasing demand for social work supervisors and unavoidable flow of talents,the concurrent model of training supervisors and marshaling peer supervisors as substitutes will be beneficial to the hatching of supervision talents.
