无菌敷贴在开放性骨折伤口换药中的效果观察

Effect observation of sterile applicator for the changing dressing of open fracture wound

目的：评价无菌敷贴在开放性骨折伤口换药中的疗效，探讨预防开放性骨折伤口感染的最佳换药护理方法。方法将136例150处伤口开放性骨折病人，在传统换药方法的基础上，用换药无菌敷贴保护伤口，以开放性骨折伤口为中心，顺序抚平敷贴，将敷帖四周压紧。结果伤口转归0级84例，1级53例，2级8例，3级5例，伤口甲级愈合率（0～1级）91．3％。结论精心护理下应用无菌敷贴换药，能够明显抑制细菌生长，减少开放性骨折的感染机会，而且病人对新的换药护理方法满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of sterile applicator during the wound dressing of open fractures ,and to study optimal change dressing and nursing method for prevention open fracture incision infection .Method 136 pa-tients of open fracture were selected for the study .Based on the traditional method of dressing on the wound ,a dressing sterile applicator was used for protection wound .Open fracture wounds was set as the center ,sterile appli-cator was applied from one side to the other side of the wound ,then to smooth the applicator and compression the surround areas .Result The average bacterial colonies did not significantly increase with the increase of the number of dressing changes in sterile applicator ,the wound center and around skin （P〈0 .01） .Wound outcome grade 0 was 84 cases ,grade I was 53 cases ,grade II was 8 cases ,grade III was 5 cases .The first grade wound healing rate （0~1 grade） was 91 .3% .Conclusion Meticulous care and applying dressing sterile applicator can inhibit bacterial con-tamination ,and reduce the chances of infection of open fractures .The patients＆#39;satisfaction for new dressing nursing is very high .There is a high promotional value .
