影像遗传学策略研究抑郁症脑结构与功能的现状与展望

摘要 抑郁症是以情绪低落、思维迟缓和运动抑制为特征的临床最为常见的精神疾病之一.抑郁症不仅影响着个体的身心健康、社会功能,而且有很高的自杀风险.影像遗传学(Imaging Genetics)是遗传关联分析方法的一种,是结合多模态神经影像学和遗传学方法,检测脑结构及与精神疾病、认知和情绪调节等行为相关脑功能的遗传变异[1-2].影像遗传学在分子遗传学和精神疾病症状学之间形成桥梁,活体、直观的反映了疾病发生、发展过程中的脑结构、功能改变.影像遗传学为探索和评估基因多态性对大脑功能及对行为的潜在性作用提供了无创、高效且直观的工具.本文综述了抑郁症影像遗传学的研究进展.
