摘要
产教研创一体是高职院校适应社会需求,谋求自身生存与发展的重要途径。产教研创一体的实施效果主要取决于高职教师的职业素质。教师培训是提升教师职业素质的主要措施之一,而培训效果的好坏取决于对高职院校产教研创一体教学特点及对教师素质要求的把握,更重要的是取决于培训方案和流程的科学设计。
The integration of production, teaching, research and innovation is an important way for vocational colleges to meet the needs of the society and to earn her living and development, and its implementation effect mainly depends on the teachers' professional quality. Teachers' training is one of the main measures to improve teachers' quality. The results of the training depend on the teaching characteristics of production, teaching, research and innovation and on the require- ments of teachers' quality. But above all, it is more important to depend on the scientific design of the training program and process.
