高校后勤社会化改革是市场经济深入发展的必然要求。高校后勤社会化改革尽管已历经多时,但是仍有许多问题亟待解决。当前,高校后勤改革仍然踌躇不前,各个层面的利益纠葛很难达到平衡。如何在高校后勤社会化改革之路上走得更加稳健,需要我们适应改革大势,进一步完善后勤社会化运营机制,对各方利益认真分析,充分考虑,以共赢的目标实现为动力推动改革进程。

Logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the further devel- opment of market economy. The logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities has been lasting for a long time, and there are still many problems to be solved. Currently, the reform still hesitates to take a move, and it is difficult to bal- ance the benefit entanglements at all levels. In order to carry out the reform successfully, we need to adapt the reform trend, further improve the operation mechanism of logistics socialization, analyze and consider the interests of all parties in order to take win - win achievement as the driving force to push forward the reform.
