摘要
近年来,一种新型的前后轮联动制动系统(Combined Brake System,简称CBS)和防抱死制动系统(Anti-Lock Brake System,简称ABS)组成的一体化制动系统已经研制并安装在摩托车上,取得了良好的制动效果。从摩托车前后轮一体化制动的角度对前后轮联动制动系统的计算方法及设计原理进行探讨,并计算出某型摩托车前后轮一体化制动时制动器的最佳制动压力,分析了前后轮联动制动系统的设计原理。
Recently an integrated brake system composed of CBS and ABS has already been developed and used in motorcycle, with better braking efficiency gained. In this paper, the method of calculation and the principle of design of CBS are discussed from the angle of integrated brake system of motorcycle. As an example, the optimum braking force is calculated and the principle of designing CBS is analyzed.
