摘要 反胶束染整技术节水节能,对环境友好。文中详细介绍了反胶束体系的组成、制备技术和重要特征;分析了影响反胶束体系的主要因素,包括表面活性剂、溶剂和助表面活性剂。目前多种重要的反胶束体系在纺织品染色,包括活性染料、直接染料和酸性染料染色,以及染整后整理和废水脱色等方面都有应用。 Wet processing with reverse micelles is not only water-saving and energy-efficient, but also environmentally friendly. The composition, preparation method and important properties of reverse micelle are introduced in detail. Some main factors affecting reverse micelle system, such as surfactant, solvent and co-surfactant are analyzed. Moreover, the application of several important reverse micelle systems in textile dyeing with reactive dyes, direct dyes or acid dyes is described. In addition, the fabric finishing and wastewater decoloration with reverse micelles are also reviewed.
