摘要
在外部的教育与科研国际化和内部的科研绩效管理标准化双重需求作用下,我国逐步形成了以SSCI为导向的人文社会科学学术评价机制。本文以教育学科为例,运用文献计量学方法,梳理了我国学者近10年来发表在SSCI期刊上的教育研究成果的基本情况,并通过对比我国学者同一时期发表在CSSCI期刊上的论文特点,剖析了SSCI期刊对我国学者教育研究的导向作用及其成因。最后,笔者反思了SSCI学术评价功能的优点与不足。
Under the dual demands of the internationalization of education and scientific research and the standardization of the performance management of scientific research, China has gradually formed the SSCI-based academic assessment mechanism in humanities and social sciences. Taking education discipline as an example, and using the bibliometric method, this paper reviews the situations of educational research findings published on SSCI journals by Chinese scholars,and analyzed the guiding effect of SSCI journals on the educational research of Chinese scholars by contrasting those published on CSSCI journals in the same period. Finally, it offers comments on the advantages and disadvantages of SSCI's academic assessment function.
