Water Balance Test of CFHI's Production Water System and Water Saving Measures

测试中国一重(富区)各生产系统的冷却用水量,根据水平衡测试数据结果,计算系统水耗和各种损失,对各用水系统、补水量、污水处理工艺及重复利用等各方面进行分析,并针对各用水系统存在问题,提出合理的节水改造建议。力求降低生产成本,支撑生产持续发展。

The consumption of cooling water used for the various production systems of CFHI＆#39;s factories is measured. The calculation of water consumption and losses is made on the basis of water balance test results. The paper studies the water consuming systems, water makeup amount, waste water treatment technique and water reuse, and brings forward a feasible proposal for water saving modification in consideration of the problems exiting in water consuming systems in order to reduce the production cost and support sustainable production.
