摘要
针对非轴对称布管且两侧管板厚度不同的固定管板式换热器,采用ANSYS建立三维有限元模型,通过对结构的热固耦合分析,得到了结构在稳态传热条件下的热应力分布。计算结果表明,结构的热应力具有明显的非轴对称分布特性,任意一侧管板厚度的改变均会改变另一侧管板的热应力分布。
The 3-D finite element model of a fixed-tubesheet heat exchanger is established by ANSYS, which has a nonaxisymmetrical tube layout and an inequality of tubesheet thicknesses. The thermal stress under steady-state heat transfer condition is obtained through thermal-structural coupling analysis, the results show that distribution of thermal stress is significantly nonaxisymmetrical, and thermal stress distribution of the tubesheet changes with the change of the thickness of the other tubesheet on the opposite side.
