摘要
以我国中小企业为研究对象,指出其在员工培训方面存在的问题,并对问题的原因加以探讨,最后给出建议,指出中小企业在资源受限的情况下,如何发挥培训的职能功效,实现员工和企业双方受益的目标。
The paper points out the problems about the staff training of the small and medium enterprises in China and the causes of the problems , and gives advice on how to make the staff training play the role with the limited sources that can be provided by medium and small enterprises in order to reach the target of benefiting both enterprises and staff.
