摘要
为螺螨酯和阿维菌素的应用提供技术储备,以外观、热贮稳定性、低温稳定性、乳液稳定性和分散性为标准,采用阴离子与非离子复配系列乳化剂的方法制备了21%螺螨酯·阿维菌素水乳剂。结果表明:1)21%螺螨酯·阿维菌素水乳剂的最佳配方(质量比)为螺螨酯15%,阿维菌素6%,溶剂9%(二甲苯6%+DMF 3%),乳化剂7%(农乳700 2.7%+OP-10 4.3%),水63%。2)稀释3 000倍,药后14d,21%螺螨酯·阿维菌素水乳剂对苹果叶螨的防效为91.12%,与24%螺螨酯乳油的防效(90.14%)差异不显著。结论:21%螺螨酯·阿维菌素水乳剂的配方可行,且其药效与24%螺螨酯乳油的相当。
The research was focused on the formulation of spirodiclofen · avermectin emulsion in water (EW),which will provide a theoretical basis and technical reserve for its application.According to standards of appearance,heat storage,cold storage,stability and dispersity,by the method of anionic and non-ionic emulsifiers system,The method for preparing 21% spirodiclofen·avermectin EW was studied. Results:1 )The optimum formulation of 2 1% spirodiclofen · avermectin EW was as follows (mass percentage):spirodiclofen 1 5%,avermectin 6%,solvent 9% (xylene 6%,DMF3 %),emulsifier 7%(surfactant 700 2.7%,OP-10 4.3%)and water 63%,respectively.2)Dilution ratio 3 000,14 days after spray,controlling apple tetranychid mite effect of 2 1% spirodiclofen· avermectin EW was 9 1 .1 2%,and 24% spirodiclofen EC was 90.14%.It’s controlling effect was different with no significance.The formulation of 2 1% spirodiclofen · avermectin EW was qualified and the efficacy test showed that the efficacy of the spirodiclofen·avermectin 21% EW was comparable with the spirodiclofen 24% EC.
