摘要
为揭示贵州雷公山自然保护区水体浮游植物群落结构特征和水质现状,分别于平水期(5月)、丰水期(8月)和枯水期(11月)调查分析雷公山自然保护区6个典型区域水体中浮游植物的群落结构、丰富度指数、多样性指数和均匀度指数,研究水体生态系统整体环境。结果表明:雷公山自然保护区水体共记录浮游植物4门6纲18目26科49属160种(包括13个变种),硅藻为各样点的优势类群,群落中硅藻的物种数量最丰富;浮游植物平均细胞密度为11.61×104个/L。结论:雷公山自然保护区水体总体属贫营养型,水质优良,但在人类活动频繁的区域,水体受到一定的污染。
The community structure of phytoplankton,Margalef richness index (d),Shannon diversity index (H′)and Pielou evenness index (e)of six sampling sites in Leigong Mountain Nature Reserve were respectively analyzed in average water season (May),raining season (August)and dry season (November) to study the community structure characteristics of phytoplankton and water quality in Leigong Mountain Nature Reserve,Guizhou.There are 160 species (including 13 variants)belonging to 49 genera,26 families,1 8 orders 6 classes and 4 phylum.The diatom is the dominant species in all sampling sites and the species quantity of diatom in communities is abundant. The average cell density of phytoplankton is 11.61×104/L.The results showed that the water is oligotrophic type overall and water quality is good in Leigong Mountain Nature Reserve but the water in the area of human activity frequently is being polluted to a certain extent.
