摘要
应用于LNG储罐项目的混凝土,需要能够经受-165℃的超低温环境而不破坏。经过对不同强度等级的混凝土在不同温度点的力学性能、不同含水率和不同降温速率条件下混凝土所表现的力学特性的研究,结果表明:不同配合比的混凝土在超低温环境下的力学表现有一定的不同;以空气为介质降温时,混凝土内部温度梯度小,降温速率对试件抗压强度影响不大;试件表面不密封的情况下,含水率的不同对强度影响较小。
The concrete used in liquified natural gas tank project,need to be able to ultra low temperature environment without destroying at-165℃.After the different strength grade of concrete on the mechanical properties of different temperature ,different water content and different cooling on mechanical properties of concrete performance rate under the conditions of the study ,results show that:with different mix proportion of concrete in ultra low temperature environment is different;uses the gas as medium,when the specimen temperature and ambient temperature of 140℃,the specimen center and edge temperature difference in temperature is 14℃,small temperature gradient, cooling rate has little influence on specimen strength.Not sealed case,the moisture content of different influence on strength of small.
