摘要
介绍了在磷渣微粉中内掺2%-8%的硫酸盐改性剂,利用酸性激发剂对磷渣微粉进行改性,激发磷渣微粉的潜在水凝性并提高其在水泥中掺量。研究表明:掺入改性磷渣微粉的水泥浆初凝时间得到改善,接近基准水泥浆,终凝时间有所缩短,水泥浆及混凝土需水量仍然较大,混凝土坍落度有所降低。在30%在改性磷渣微粉的掺量下,混凝土28 d强度不降低,2、3个月强度增长幅度较大,混凝土长期耐久性能得到改善。
This article describes the phosphorus slag powder mixed with 2%to 8%of the sulfate modifier acidic activator modification of phosphorus slag powder,slag powder phosphor excitation potential and improve the hydraulic cement content in their.Studies have shown that the incorporation of phosphorus slag powder modified grout initial setting time is improved ,close to the reference grout,final setting time has been shortened,grout and concrete water demand is still large,concrete slump decreased.30%in the modification of the content of phosphorus slag powder,28 d strength of concrete is not reduced,the larger two months and three months intensity growth, long-term durability of concrete can be improved.
