由于高钛重矿渣砂特殊的物理性能,级配较差,粉尘含量较高,不利于用于配制高强混凝土。介绍了用高钛重矿渣砂全部取代普通河砂成功制备了C50高性能混凝土,研究了C50高钛重矿渣砂混凝土的工作性能、强度、长期耐久性等性能,并成功将其应用于丽攀高速公路工程中。

Due to physical properties,high titanium heavy slag sand special poor gradation,higher dust content,is not conducive to used for the preparation of high strength concrete.Introduces the use of high titanium heavy slag sand replace all ordinary river sand to prepare C50 high performance concrete.the working performance of C50,the high titanium heavy slag sand concrete strength,long-term durability and performance are investingated.C50 high performance concrete is successfully applied to the Lipan Expressway engineering.
