摘要
为了实现对玻化微珠保温混凝土的非破损检测,采用混凝土回弹仪进行了强度检测试验研究,通过SPSS软件对回弹试验结果进行回归分析,得到了玻化微珠保温混凝土统一测强曲线公式,并对其测试精度进行检验。结果表明:回弹法同样可以用于玻化微珠保温混凝土的抗压强度检测。最后对比了玻化微珠保温混凝土与普通混凝土全国统一曲线,结果显示,玻化微珠保温混凝土的回弹值低于普通混凝土,且其随龄期的增长而增大。
The nondestructive test on the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is based on the experimental study which on detecting the strength of the concrete by rebound tester and the unified strength test curve formula of the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete by the regression analysis on the result of the rebound test through the SPSS software which also verify its test accuracy. Results show that,rebound method can also be used for testing the compressive strength of the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete.Comparison of the national unified curve on the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete and normal concrete shows that , the rebound value of the former is less than the later and it increases with the grows of the age.
