C60泵送顶升自密实钢管混凝土的制备与工程应用

Preparation and application of the lifting-up pumping of C60 self-compacting concrete-filled steel tubes

根据工程特点,设计C60泵送顶升自密实钢管混凝土,研究了砂率、不同泵送剂、超强吸水树脂对其工作性能的影响,解决了自密实混凝土的可泵性和超长保坍问题,制备出了适用于顶升施工的C60自密实钢管混凝土,并在成都市华置广场工程项目中顺利完成了顶升施工,取得了良好的实施效果。

Through the optimization of concrete mix proportion,the influence of sand ratio and super absorbent polymer on the worka-bility of self-compacting concrete has been studied.Meanwhile deals with the pumping property and slump-retaining ability of self com-pacting concrete through optimizing pumping agent formulation.And the C60 self-compacting concrete-filled steel tubes applied to lifting up construction has been formulated and put to use in the Chengdu Huazhi Plaza project successfully.
