陶瓷活塞环在赤峰机务段东风_(4)型机车上的应用试验情况及分析 被引量:2

Application tests and their analysis of ceramic piston rings in DF_(4) locomotives at Chifeng Locomotive Depot

摘要 介绍赤峰机务段东风4 型 0 582号和 4 0 18号机车上装用陶瓷活塞环与没装陶瓷活塞环的0 552号和 4 0 2 3号机车的对比试验情况。提供了第一到第四道环的侧面间隙和工作开口间隙数据。试验指出 :随着走行公里的增加 ,装用喷钼环的机车 (没装陶瓷环的机车 )机油消耗量明显增加。 The comparison tests of No.0582 and No.4018 DF 4 locomotives with ceramic piston rings, and No.0552 and No.4023 DF 4 locomotives without ceramic piston rings at Chifeng Locomotive Depot were presented. The data on side clearance and open working clearance from the first to the fourth ring were provided. Tests showed the lubricating oil consumption for the locomotives with Mo coated rings (without ceramic rings) increases greatly with the increase of running mileage.
