摘要
轮轨滚动接触振动是产生轮轨噪音、波浪形磨损和滚动接触疲劳的主要原因。本文采用数值方法分析全尺寸滚振试验台和原型尺寸单轮对试验装置进行轮轨滚动接触振动对轮轨蠕滑力影响的试验现象 ,确定了影响轮轨滚动接触正压力的主要因素。分析中采用了“集中质量法”对用来模拟轮轨关系的轮 /轮物理模型进行了离散 ,轮 /轮接触表面的法向变形满足 Hertz接触条件。
The excitation induced by wheel/rail in rolling contact is a main cause for the noise, corrugation and rolling contact fatigue of wheel/rail. In this paper, a numerical method is used to analyze the phenomena produced in the test concerning the influence of the excitation of wheel/rail in rolling contact on wheel/rail creep forces with a full scaled test rig and a facility of single wheel set in laboratory. Main factors influencing the normal load acting on the contact patch of wheel/rail are found. In the analysis, the ‘Lumped Mass Method' is employed to discrete the physical model of wheel/rail modeled with wheel/roller, and the normal elastic deformation of the contact patch of wheel/roller satisfies the Hertz contact condition.
