造血干细胞移植在老年血液病中的治疗应用
摘要
急性髓系白血病（AML）、骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）、多发性骨髓瘤（MM）、恶性淋巴瘤等血液病好发于老年人，而且发病率随着年龄的增长而增高。当前，造血干细胞移植仍是延长生存期、治愈这些造血干细胞克隆性疾病的唯一治疗手段，针对老年患者的营养、生理特点、健康状况、疾病生物学表现和治疗需求，造血干细胞移植技术不断地改进和完善，近年来取得了一定的进展。
