摘要
多发性骨髓瘤（multiplem yeloma，MM）是一种常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤，据报道，在美国每年有22350例新发病例，死亡10710例。MM多在老年发病，诊断时中位年龄约70岁，65％病人≥65岁。目前把≥65岁的MM患者定义为老年患者。
