不同镇痛方法对全膝关节置换术后早期疗效的影响 被引量：10

摘要 全膝关节置换术后早期疼痛往往难以忍受，有效缓解术后疼痛，不仅有利于减轻患者对手术的恐惧，而且有利于术后早期功能的康复。股神经阻滞镇痛和静脉泵镇痛是目前临床比较常用的镇痛方法，两者各有优劣，临床报道褒贬不一。本文旨在研究分析股神经阻滞镇痛和静脉泵镇痛的不同疗效，以及与全膝置换术后早期疗效的相关性，现予以总结如下。
