穴位注射配合牵引对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

The therapeutic efficacy of acupoint injection combines with traction in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的观察穴位注射配合牵引在腰椎间盘突出症中的治疗效果。方法将150例确诊为腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为3组,每组50例,观察组接受穴位注射配合牵引治疗,穴位注射组只接受穴位注射治疗,牵引组接受牵引治疗,将3组的疗效进行比较分析。结果 3组患者治疗前在年龄、症状、病变范围等方面无显著性差异,P>0.05,治疗后观察组的治愈率、总有效率均高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论穴位注射配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症操作简单,效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of acupoint injection combines with traction in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 150 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were divided into 3 groups randomly,50 cases each group. The observation group accepted acupoint injection and traction,the injection group only accepted acupoint injection while the traction group accepted traction only. The therapeutic efficacy of all groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference among age,symptoms and extent of disease in 3 groups （P 〉 0.05）. The observation group had higher curing rate and total effective rate than other groups. There was significant difference among them （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint injection combines with traction has excellent therapeutic efficacy in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and worth to be generalization.
