摘要 目的通过对甲状腺冰对蜡块与冰剩蜡块免疫组织化学染色效果进行对照观察,发现冰对蜡块与冰剩蜡块对免疫组织化学染色效果的差异,为选择冰对蜡块与冰剩蜡块做免疫组织化学提供理论实践依据。方法 3冰对蜡块与冰剩蜡块分别切片用EnVision法做TTF-1,CK19,Gal-3,HBME-1,TPO,TG免疫组织化学染色。结果对TTF-1,CK19,Gal-3,HBME-1,TPO,TG免疫组织化学染色结果的背景,定位进行分析,冰对蜡块与冰剩蜡块免疫组织化学染色各项指标阳性率完全一致。结论冰对蜡块与冰剩蜡块分别做免疫组织化学染色结果无明显差别,在没有冰剩蜡块或冰剩蜡块不符合要求时选择冰对蜡块做免疫组化,结果对诊断无影响。 Objective Through observing the results of thyroid paraffin-imbedded tissues from frozen remnant and paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen remnant with immunohistochemical staining, we found the differences between the effect of paraffin-imbedded tissues from frozen remnant and paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen remnant on the immunohistochemical staining. With the effects, it can provide thecoretical and practical basis on the selection of paraffin-imbedded tissues from frozen remnant and paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen remnaut to do immunohistochemical experiment. Methods Paraffin-imbedded tissues from frozen renmant and paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen renmant were sliced with EnVision method to do TTF-1, CK19, Gal-3, HBME-1, TPO TG immunohistochemical staining. Results For the background of TTF-1, CK19, Gal-3, HBMF2-1, TPO, TG immunohistochemical staining, after positioning analysis, we found that the paraffin-imbedded tissues from frozen remnant and paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen renmant immunohistochemical staining had a fully consistent positive rate of all the indicators. Conclusion There was no significant difference between the results of paraffin-imbedded tissues from frozen remnant and paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen remnant on immunohistochemical staining. When there is no paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen remnant or the paraffin-imbedded tissues from unfrozen renmant can't meet requirements of selection to made immunohistochemistry, it had no effect on the results of the diagnosis.
