非侵入性神经刺激疗法治疗顽固性疼痛 被引量:3

摘要 非药物疗法用于治疗顽固性神经痛,可以增加疗效、减少对药物的依赖及其副作用。本文主要介绍非侵入性神经刺激疗法的机制、治疗参数及其效果,包括经皮神经电刺激、反复经颅磁刺激、经颅直流电刺激。皮神经电刺激具有无创、操作简单的优点,已广泛用于周围局限性神经痛。经颅磁刺激和经颅直流电刺激治疗慢性神经痛和非神经痛也有很多随机对照研究,证明该技术可作为检查和治疗慢性疼痛的方法。因其安全和相对低廉的治疗成本,该技术可能在未来数年内得到更大发展,以治疗各种类型的神经痛和非神经痛综合征。
