锁定加压钢板加自体骨移植治疗锁骨骨折骨不连33例疗效 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板（LCP）加自体骨移植治疗锁骨骨折骨不连的临床疗效。方法对33例锁骨骨折骨不连患者行LCP加自体骨移植，根据肩关节功能Constant评分评价效果。结果33例患者均获得随访，随访时间6～15（9．5±1．3）个月，均未出现感染、不愈合、内固定断裂或肩关节功能障碍等并发症。肩关节功能Constant评分为86～100（92．1±2．3）分。结论LCP加自体骨移植是一种治疗锁骨骨折骨不连的有效方法。
