摘要
目的为能够同时测定蔬菜与茶叶样品中的硫丹与菊酯类化合物,提高其检测的灵敏度与稳定性,对蔬菜与茶叶类样品的前处理程序进行了探讨。方法通过对比两种不同的固相萃取小柱的净化效果,最终得到相对优化方案,可以同时检测蔬菜与茶叶样品中的硫丹与菊酯类农药。结果分别以Carbon/NH2柱偶联Florisil硅藻土固相萃取柱净化蔬菜样品提取液,以TPTcleanert柱偶联Florisil硅藻土固相萃取柱净化茶叶样品,取得满意的净化效果。硫丹与八种菊酯组分的保留时间处无明显干扰物质。样品的加标回收率在82.6%-103.6%之间,以优化后前处理实验条件对九种组分进行检测结果满意。结论分别针对蔬菜与茶叶样品优化后的前处理方案有效地改善了净化效果,样品检测结果的平行性和重复性满意,本实验方案适用于实验室常规食品污染物的硫丹与菊酯成分分析。
Objectives In order to simultaneously determine endosulfan and pyrethroid pesticides compounds of vegetables and tea samples and improve sensitivity and stability of the dateltion, the pretreatment procedures were discussed. Methods By comparison of the clean-up effects of two solid phase extraction, the final optimized methods were obtained. Results The retention time of nine compounds was stable, and the peak profile was sharp with complete base separation degree. Recovery rates were located within the range of 82.6N103.6%, and the detection results were satisfactory Conclusions The optimized pretreatment methods, which were designed respectively for vegetables and tea sample, effectively improved sample clean-up effects. The determination results were satisfied. The current experiment process will be apt to the analysis of normal detection in the food contamination included endosulfan and pyrethroid pesticides.
