无机矿物纤维增强水泥砂浆抗氯离子渗透的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 借助扫描电镜(SEM)、水银压汞法等,将碳酸钙晶须和玄武岩纤维等两种新型无机矿物纤维引入水泥砂浆,通过RCM法研究了单掺晶须、不同长度与掺量玄武岩纤维以及晶须和纤维复掺时对水泥砂浆抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,适宜掺量的晶须和纤维有效改善了水泥砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性能,且当晶须掺量固定在10%,纤维长度为6 mm,体积掺量为0.05%时,水泥砂浆抵抗氯离子渗透的效果最佳。 By means of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)and mercury intrusion method,two kinds of new type of inorganic mineral fiber( calcium carbonate whisker and basalt fiber)are mixed with mortar in this paper,and single - doped whiskers,different basalt fiber of length and quantity,whisker mixed with fiber have effect on the properties of mortar resistance to chloride ion penetration by RCM method are studied. The results show that the optimal dosage of whiskers and fibers improve the resistance to chloride permeability of cement mortar,and when the content of whisker is fixed at 10% ,the length of fiber is 6 mm, the volume content is 0. 05% ,and the cement mortar has the best resistance to chloride permeability.
