摘要
目的:探讨护理项目工作当量为基础的护理工作量的计算方法。方法:邀请92名临床护理专家运用护理时速量化表、操作技术难度量化表和护理操作风险量化表,对临床267项可收费护理项目进行量化评价,确定各护理项目的工作当量。结果:利用护理项目工作当量计算护理奖金,更能体现多劳多得和绩效考核的原则。结论:此方法为护理部统筹计算护士工作量提供科学、准确的依据,可操作性强,便于推广。
Objective:To explore the calculation method of nursing workload on the basis of nursing work equivalent. Methods:92 senior clinical nursing professionals were invited to perform quantitative evaluation on 267 clinical chargeable nursing items and conifrm the nursing work equivalent of each item by the adoption of quantization table of nursing speed per hour, quantization table of operational technical dififculty and quantization table of nursing operation risks. Results:Allocating nursing bonus by nursing equivalent could better reflect the performance appraisal principles of more pays for more work. Conclusion:The method provides a scientiifc and accurate basis for calculating workload performance for nursing department, which is easy to be popularized due to its strong scientiifc value and operability.
