摘要
静脉导管关系到患者的安全和静脉治疗的效果,而导管相关并发症的发生率与医务人员的操作、维护和管理有密切的联系。本文对《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》中导管冲管及封管、敷料的更换、输液接头的消毒、导管的拔除等操作细节进行了解读,为进一步提升患者静脉治疗的安全性提供参考。
Venous catheter is related to the patients＇ safety and treatment effect. The incidences of catheter related complications are closely related to the medical staff＇s practice, including insertion, maintenance and management. In order to provide references for improving the safety of intravenous infusion therapy, this article explained the Nursing Practice Standards for Intravenous Therapy about the details of flushing and sealing catheter, dressing changes, aseptic manipulation of catheter layup, and catheter removal.
