摘要 目的:编制适用于我国临床护士的组织支持感问卷并检验其信度和效度。方法:本研究通过文献回顾、半结构式深度访谈和专家咨询形成护士长组织支持感初步问卷;后对上海市401名临床护士进行测试,通过项目分析和探索性因子确定正式问卷,并检验其信度、效度。结果:研制的护士组织支持感问卷为单维度,包含15个条目,探索性因子分析显示该问卷累积方差贡献率为60.825%;问卷内容效度指数为0.940;Cronbach’sα系数为0.953;折半信度为0.909;重测信度为0.812。结论:护士组织支持感问卷信度和效度良好,可以用于测量临床护士的组织支持感。 Objective: To develop the Survey of Nurse Perceived Organizational Support (SNPOS), and to test its validity and reliability. Methods: Test construction of SNPOS's initial version involved systematic generation of test items using literature review, semi-structured in-depth interview of 11 clinical nurses, and an expert consultation of test items. Then, a pilot study, involving 401 clinical nurses, was conducted to determine the SNPOS's dimensional structure and psychometric properties by using Item Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and reliability tests. Results: The SNPOS is a unidimensional scale, and comprises 15 items. The Perceived Support factor accounted for 60.825% of the total variances. The Scale-level content validity index (S-CVI) was 0.940. The Cronbach's ct was 0.953; the spilt-half reliability was 0.909; and the test-retest reliability was 0.812. Conclusion: The Survey of Nurse Perceived Organizational Support has good validity and reliability, which could be applied to assess clinical nurses' perceived organizational support.
