2001-2012年我国护理工作量研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of the studies on nursing workload in China from 2001 to 2012

目的:分析2001-2012年间我国护理工作量相关研究文献,为护理工作量的进一步研究和发展提供参考依据。方法:以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)和万方学术论文数据库为数据来源,检索2001年1月至2012年12月国内公开发表的有关我国护理工作量的期刊文献;对检索结果进行计量学分析。结果:共检索出护理工作量相关文献135篇;我国护理人员在国内刊物上发表的关于护理工作量研究的文献数量总体呈现上升趋势;135篇文献中有120篇(88.89%)发表于统计源期刊;研究内容侧重于护理工作量的调查研究(54.81%)。结论:护理工作量的相关研究日益受到关注,但仍须进一步提高研究文献的质量。

Objective： To analyze the related papers on nursing workload in China from 2001 to 2012, and to provide reference for further research and development of the workload among nursing staff. Methods： All literatures related to nursing workload from 2001 to 2012 were searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals （VIP）, and Wanfang database. Bibliometric analysis methods were used to analyze the search results. Results： Totally 135 articles related to nursing workload were recruited and the number of publications increased in recent years. About 88.89% papers were published in the statistical source journals and 54.81% papers were focused on survey research about the nursing workload. Conclusion： Nursing workload research have been paid more attention, but the quality of the literatures still need to be improved.
